We Hit the Road Across Florida. Here's What Our Dealers Taught Us.

Before our 2026 Orlando workshop, we hit the road across Florida to visit dealers where they actually work. One day, multiple stops, and a whole lot of reminders about why we love what we do.

At DealerCenter, we spend a lot of time on the phone, on Zoom, and inside the platform helping dealers grow. But there's no substitute for showing up in person—seeing the lots, meeting the teams, and getting a feel for how every dealership operates differently. So in the days leading up to our Orlando workshop, our team packed the car, grabbed a stack of gift bags, and hit the road.

Stop 01

A Sharp Office — And a Hot Wheels Collection That Stole the Show

Our first stop set the tone for the whole trip. Sharp office, great staff, and one of the most impressive Hot Wheels collections we've ever seen on a dealer's desk—seriously, it stole the show. We dropped off some fresh swag, said our hellos, and quickly realized the owners were heads-down making deals happen.

That's what we love to see. We respected the hustle, left the gifts, and got back on the road.

Stop 02

Elite Auto Sales — Where the Parking Lot Counts as Cardio

Next up was Elite Auto Sales, and the parking lot alone counted as our workout for the day. Once we made it inside, it was exactly the kind of visit we love—real conversation, real energy, and a quick DealerCenter optimization session to make sure their team is getting the most out of the platform.

These visits aren't just about saying hi. They're about making sure every dealer knows the tools they already pay for can do more than they realize.

Stop 03

Quick Drop, Big Respect

By stop three, the pattern was clear: our dealers are busy. We pulled up to find the team mid-deal, exactly where they should be. We dropped off the gift bags, thanked them for their time, and rolled on. No long pitches, no interruptions—just a quick "we appreciate you" and back on the road.

Stop 04

A Long-Term Partner Already Putting the Platform to Work

Our final stop was with a long-term DealerCenter partner who's already running the platform like a pro. We talked shop, walked them through Service Bay, and before the training was even done, they were asking what else we offer.

That's the conversation we always want to be having. When a dealer is curious about what's next, it means the platform is working—and the partnership is real. By the time we left, the gift bags were already in use.

What We Took Away

At the end of the day, we saw some incredible inventory, had great conversations, and left even more excited for the Orlando workshop. Every dealer we visited reminded us of something different—how to hustle, how to build a team, how to make a desk look cool with a Hot Wheels collection.

And it reminded us why we do these trips in the first place: our dealers are the best in the business, and showing up matters.
